NetWare ELS II 2.1 and VX1000M/VX FT

ELS 2.1x will support AT MFM (RLL), MCA MFM (RLL) AND MCA ESDI drives only. So for this reason, ELS 2.1x can not be used on Apricots with SCSI drives, namely VX1000M and VX FT ranges.

This is a restriction of ELS NetWare and not Apricot.
