FT2200 BIOS Update

The FT2200 system was released with a BIOS version R01-F4.

On power up the following error "BIOS code update mismatch" appears briefly before disappearing and the system will continue to boot without any errors.

A new BIOS version R01-F5, has been released which solves the problem. It is available for download from the Insight BBS in file Area 43, filename X1B1F5.EXE.

To apply the BIOS, boot from a clean DOS boot diskette and run the batch file X1BFLASH.BAT. The BIOS will automatically update and re-boot the system.
