LS Pro Motherboard Discount / 5.25" Floppy for XEN-PC (A1)

In line with the changes recently made to the discounts given on purchases of LS Pro computers, from January 4th 1994 LS Pro motherboards will now attract 13-18% discount. Other spare parts items for the LS Pro remain at 18-23% discount.

Fitting 5.25" drive to the current (A1) version of the XEN-PC

The 5.25" drive (SA51450) specified in the December 1993 product price lists and specified for the XEN-PC has a signal cable that is only applicable to the Samurai version of the product.

The cable required has three connectors, motherboard-5.25" drive-3.5" drive, with a twist in the cable on lines 10 to 16 at the 3.5" drive end.

A new "generic" drive, SU52600, will be introduced during January 1994 with a fixing kit, including the cable, of SU52704.
