Packaging & Transportation of Spare Parts

It is vitally important that all spare parts are packaged & transported correctly and therefore the Spares Department are happy to discuss any specific requirements you may have in regard to the sourcing of spare parts packaging and/or transporting methods.

We would ask that this is also taken into account when returning faulty items for warranty repair to SCC Computer Support Ltd, as they are not obliged to undertake warranty repairs to items returned to them insufficiently / inadequately packaged.
