FTs MK II Systems and SCO XENIX TCP/IP

SCO TCP/IP for Xenix systems is primarily an AT based product. Apricot machines which include on-board Ethernet have been able to use the TCP/IP for Xenix package using Apricot's own on-board Ethernet driver. However, the MK II version of the FT server does not have on -board Ethernet and therefore a different solution is required.

No driver exists under Xenix for the MCA Western Digital card and therefore third party suppliers of Ethernet cards will be required for MK II FT Server systems running SCO Xenix.

SCO TCP/IP for Unix fully supports the MCA Western Digital cards.
