bulletins are produced by Alf Oxford & Steve Bradley who are
part of Mitsubishi Electric's PC Division Warranty Services operation.
The 'Apricot Worldwide Spares Catalogue' is issued quarterly and, subject to any
radical changes, will hold firm prices until re-issued.
Any dramatic changes in the price of spare parts will be notified as soon as logistically
possible and a replacement page for the current catalogue in force at that time will be
issued.

Insight CD, the Insight Technical Services On-line web site

It is important when purchasing spare parts that order type
"ZSP" is specified at the time of order is placed.
This not only allows us to monitor the level of spare parts being purchased, but also
ensures that the correct discount levels are applied.
Orders received prior to 2:30PM, where stock is immediately available from our warehouse,
will be despatched that evening via the national carrier TNT for standard Next-Day
delivery to your premises free of charge. We can also provide PRE-9:00AM, PRE-10:30AM, or
even SATURDAY DELIVERY if required provided the acceptance of an extra delivery charge is
clearly indicated on your order.
Returns
Administration for the return of goods, for whatever reason, is the responsibility
