Warranty & Maintenance Mitsubishi Electric’s PC Division provides a warranty scheme, where the repair of a warranty failure is carried out via an Authorised Repair Centre. An ARC is a company that has attained a level of accreditation within the Insight Technical Services On-line programme. This accreditation allows the ARC to undertake maintenance and support on Mitsubishi Electric PC products without affecting the warranty on the product.
