Bespoke training can take two
forms: |

(a) |
Where the course is prepared by a third party, using their
premises, course notes, equipment, duplication, etc., i.e. where Mitsubishi provide
Trainer only. |

(b) |
Where a course is of the design and construction of
Mitsubishi Electric, i.e. Mitsubishi course notes and intellectual property. This may be
for a group of people representing a single organisation either at Mitsubishi premises or
on-site. |
| On-site training |
Where training is carried out at
premises other than the Mitsubishi Electric PC Division Head Office, Parkside,
Birmingham, additional travel and subsistence costs will be charged. |
