If you purchased your computer from PC World / Dixon's Stores Group (including Dixon's & Curry's stores), then use the following numbers for Technical Support.

  • For Technical Support on the Hardware and Software that was supplied in the box, contact:-

MASTERCARE PC SERVICES on 0115 971 1000

  • For Technical Support on 3rd Party Software that you have purchased separately (e.g. games), contact:-

MASTERCARE / PC PLUS on 0891 516 516

(Calls charged at 45 pence per minute cheap rate and 50 pence per minute at all other times)

The above service is available 24 hours, 365 days of the year

If you purchased your computer from an Apricot dealer, then your Apricot dealer will advise you on their chosen warranty provider. Where no advice has been given, phone the Apricot Warranty Hotline at:
