XEN-S Parallel Port

It has been noticed that, under certain circumstances with a number of different printers connected, damage can result to the XEN-S parallel port circuitry.

This problem is currently under investigation, but all the evidence points to the printer being power cycled with the host system switched off being the most likely cause of failure.

An additional protection circuit is now being designed, but until this is available, please adopt the following power cycle procedure.

Power on cycle:
XEN-S on first Printer on second
Power off cycle:
Printer off first XEN-S off second
