VX FT Firmware

If the front panel firmware is upgraded, i.e. to 1.0.5, the new firmware will not detect a full battery charge straight away. You must wait until the UPS LED on the front is ON before attempting to run the machine on its batteries. If it is switched off before this then the system will shut down after seven seconds. Once the new firmware has detected a full charge you can shut down onto the batteries reliably.
