Installing Sony MPF420-1 3½ 1.44Mb Floppy Drive in
LS Pro (Bonsai),
XEN-LS II & XEN-PC (Samurai),
XEN-PC (A1) & XEN-PC 560 (Revenge)

When installing the above drive in any of the above machines, the drive select on the drive must be set correctly to ensure configuration acceptance.

The drive ships with the default setting of DS 1 (jumpers 10 & 15 closed). This setting is correct for all the above machines except LS Pro (Bonsai) and XEN-LS II & XEN-PC (Samurai).

For LS Pro (Bonsai), XEN-LS II & XEN-PC (Samurai), the drive select must be 0. To alter this, move the jumper from 10 & 15 on the floppy drive to 5 & 10.
