Possible CPU error on boot on FT1400 servers

We have had reports on a handful of systems where two error messages are displayed during boot on the FT1400. These are;-

CPU error 3 on timer
and
Error 810E - CPU failed.

These are caused by a BIOS error, and can be corrected by a re-test of the processor.

To clear the error messages, the Processor re-test option must be set to YES in the BIOS F2 setup under the Server menu.

This will cause a re-test of the installed processor and clear the error flag, unless there is a genuine CPU error, in which case the appropriate error message will be displayed.
