Updated Novell NetWare v3.11 Files
Novell have recently released a number of new update archives for
various NetWare environments. The details of a number of relevant updates can be found
below. All the updates listed below can be found on Apricot Insight BBS in file area 37.

This self-unpacking archive contains the latest releases of a number of
key NetWare 3.11 related files, including:-

The archive contains full documentation, detailing the changes made to
the files. Novell Services consider this update 'high priority', and as such, we recommend
that the updated files in this archive should be used on all NetWare sites where relevant.

This archive contains the latest releases of NetWare PSERVER related
files. It has been released as an interim update while Novell work on the problems
identified in PSERVER.NLM Ver 3.75. The archive contains PSERVER.EXE and RPRINTER.EXE Ver
3.75, PSERVER.VAP Ver 1.26 and PSERVER.NLM Ver 1.27.
Novell state that this 'new RPrinter provides greater compatibility with
MS Windows'.
VIPXFXFT.EXE 29016 bytes 28/07/93 9:23am
This self-extracting archive contains an update to VIPX.386 (Ver 1.15)
for DOS ODI based workstations ONLY that fixes a number of issues with DOS boxes under
Windows. Read the .TXT file supplied with the archive carefully before implementing this
fix, as a number of configuration details need to be changed on the workstation.

This self-extracting archive contains an update to TCPIP.NLM and
SNMP.NLM, along with a number of support modules, fixing a number of outstanding problems.
TCPIP.NLM is v2.02j, and SNMP.NLM is v2.08.

This self-extracting archive contains an update to NetWare v3.11's CLIB,
MATHLIB and MATHLIBC NLMs, upgrading them to v3.11 rev D. A number of outstanding problems
have been fixed. Note however that this update is NOT compatible with NetWare NFS v1.1.
Sites running NetWare NFS v1.1 should either upgrade to NetWare NFS v1.2, or should use
the CLIB patches in the file PAT311.ZIP (also available from File Area 37 of Apricot
Insight BBS).
