Multiple Drive Failures on DPT controllers with 3B0 firmware

A problem has arisen where 1Gb Pegasus Hard disks do not initialise correctly on start-up. This may lead to multiple drive failures thus causing the loss of an array.

This problem only arises with 3B0 firmware and can be rectified by upgrade to a later firmware version.

The latest DPT firmware and drivers can be obtained via Apricot Insight BBS in File Area 41 DPT.EXE, or alternatively from Hardware Support.
