Microsoft NT 4.0 Post Service Pack 2 Hot Fixes

Microsoft have recently released onto their Internet two hot-fix updates for Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 2. As always, these updates have been placed into File Area 88 of the Insight BBS (and are also available by anonymous FTP from ftp.apricot.co.uk in /bbs/area88).
