RTS/CTS Flow Control under SCO Xenix VR 2.3.1

RTS/CTS flow control is not correctly supported by SCO Xenix 386 VR 2.3.1. This problem does not affect normal asynchronous terminals and printers operating under X/ON X/OFF flow control, but can cause problems for modems and other communications devices and software.
