Faulty Chase MCA Cards
Chase Research have provided Apricot with the serial numbers of some PS4
and PS4+ cards which require a modification to be carried out.
If you have a PS4 or PS4+ with an appropriate serial number, which is
suffering from intermittent failure, please could you arrange for it to be exchanged
through the normal returns procedure.
