MCA Chase Cards - PS8 and PS16

Some early Chase PS8 and PS16 cards were shipped with an on board chip which can cause terminal lines to hang under load. If you have a suspect Chase card, check the square PAL chip located in socket U9 - this must be revision 3 (r3) or later. If you have a card with an earlier revision of the PAL chip, please contact Unix Support who will provide an upgrade.
