SCO Streams
3Com 3C523/B (16 bit) SCO Unix SCO TCP/IP for SCO Unix
SCO Extended features supplement 109
SCO Xenix SCO TCP/IP for SCO Xenix
SCO Streams
WD8003E/A (16 bit) SCO Unix SCO TCP/IP for SCO Unix
SCO Xenix No driver available
3Com 3C527 (32 bit) SCO Unix SCO TCP/IP for SCO Unix
Apricot 3C527 driver
SCO Xenix No driver available

When installing the 3C523/B in machines under SCO Xenix it is necessary to edit the file /etc/strcf and to insert the line:

cenet ip /dev/3comC 3comC 0
after the line:
loopback ip

Apricot are writing the 3C527 driver for SCO Unix; the work is being done in association with 3Com. This driver is available now in beta form from the Unix front end server. The final release driver will be made available in the same manner once it is released.

Please note that only the Excelan EXOS 205T card is known to work in the old AT Bus VX1000 systems under Xenix. All other Ethernet cards are not supported in this machine.
