Server Environment for UNIX (Release 7.0)

Apricot has just released the latest version of the Server Environment pack for UNIX. This product should now be used in all new UNIX installations but should also supersede previous releases where the UPS or E3M (32-bit Ethernet card driver) are installed. The new product is available for upgrades from the MS-DOS Bulletin Board or UNIX Server on proof of purchase of an older copy of a UNIX Server Environment. The product code and price remain the same when ordering a new copy of the software.

This software is now exclusively for SCO UNIX, anyone requiring SCO Xenix functionality should ask for Release 6 to be made available via the Bulletin Board or UNIX Server.

Enhancements have been made to allow multiple 3C527 Ethernet cards to be installed, UPS functionality has been standardised and the Remote Boot Software has been updated to fully support the 3C527 card.

Please note this product will not support the new MCA-2 servers due for release within the next month, it is important not to install release 7.0 or earlier of the Server Environment on these machines without consulting UNIX Support.
